What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Support engineer with 2/3+ years of experience technical support engineer who can investigate and troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner,
Strong written/verbal English communication skills are needed as you will be managing meetings with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Main tasks and accountabilities will be:
- Investigate and troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner
- Work with the team to deploy fixes, patches, and updates
- Monitor logs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with QA, support, and product teams to understand and resolve reported bugs
- Maintain technical documentation for support workflows and known issues
What do we expect from you?
- Foundational experience with Node.js and TypeScript
- Basic understanding of React and modern front-end principles
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture
- Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude Familiarity with ITIL ticketing tools such Service Now.
- English B2+/C1

Main tasks and accountabilities will be: The Cloud Contact Centre team is responsible for the support and transformation in client's Amazon Connect and SCV services based on AWS and Salesforce SaaS platforms that enable this client to handle customer interactions.
