Liderar y entrenar al equipo Scrum que trabaja en la implementación del software de la empresa, planificando, preparando y moderando eventos de scrum. Motivar al equipo para lograr un mejor desempeño. Aplicar principios y prácticas ágiles. Personas a cargo : 8-10. Equipo multidisciplinar Coordinación con equipos de otras delegaciones a nivel internacional. ¿QUÉ SE NECESITA? Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería de Software o similar, área técnica. Experiencia en el desarrollo de productos de software sofisticados. Experiencia previa como Scrum Master o similar.
