En la actualidad seleccionamos, para un importante cliente, un perfil de Scrum Master - Team Leader con Inglés ¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS FUNCIONES? Liderar y entrenar al equipo Scrum que trabaja en la implementación del software de la empresa, planificando, preparando y moderando eventos de scrum. Motivar al equipo para lograr un mejor desempeño. Aplicar principios y prácticas ágiles. Personas a cargo : 8-10. Equipo multidisciplinar Coordinación con equipos de otras delegaciones a nivel internacional. ¿QUÉ SE NECESITA? Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería de Software o similar, área técnica. Experiencia en el desarrollo de productos de software sofisticados. Experiencia previa como Scrum Master o similar. Capacidad de motivar al equipo Experiencia en desarrollo de software agil, preferible en un entorno internacional Capacidad de coordinación y organización Nivel alto de inglés. ¿QUÉ SE OFRECE?
