Description: Desde Grupo Digital, buscamos incorporar la figura de un Técnico/a de Soporte. Rol: Técnico/a de Soporte (Valencia) Condiciones Laborales: Duración proyecto: Estable / Larga duración. Ubicación: Valencia. Salario: A valorar en función de experiencia. 24 - 30.000 EUR b/a. Modalidad de trabajo: Híbrida. Horario: Turno de mañanas. Lunes a viernes, de 8.00 h a 15.00 h y lunes y miércoles, de 16.00 h a 18.30. Turno de tardes en formato teletrabajo (cada 4 semanas). Lunes a viernes, de 15.00 h a 22.00 h y martes y jueves, de 11.30 h a 22.00 h. Periodo de vacaciones equivalente a 22 días laborables por año trabajado. Banda salarial: 24.000 - 32.000 EUR b/a. We require a Data Engineer to be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining database systems and services. Day-to-day operational support and maintenance of SQL servers hosted or in the cloud including incident management, user service requests and service restorations. Follow-up on problem management cases including problem detection, logging, categorization, Investigation, diagnosis, and complete resolution plans. Database Management and Administration: Design, install, configure, and maintain database systems and services. Manage databases and ensure their availability, reliability, and security. Perform database backup and recovery operations. Develop and implement disaster recovery plans for database systems. Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues. Automation and Infrastructure as Code: Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for database automation. Develop and maintain Terraform templates for provisioning and managing infrastructure as code. Test and validate automation and infrastructure as code in a test environment before deploying to production. Continuously improve and streamline automation and infrastructure as code processes. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other teams to understand their database requirements and provide solutions. Provide training and support to end-users on how to use database systems and services effectively. Create and maintain documentation for database systems and services, automation, and infrastructure as code. Keeping up to date with Database Technology: Stay informed of the latest database technologies and tools. Continuously learn and apply new skills related to database management, automation, and infrastructure as code Requisitos: Skills and experience: Installation, configuration, and support skills for Database infrastructures On-Prem and in Azure cloud (IaaS & PaaS). Three 3 years working experience exclusively as Database systems Administrator (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB...). Including Relational and non-Relational database systems. Experience with Design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of database systems and services (IaaS, PaaS) Experience with Solid understanding of backup and recovery strategies for SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with Experience with capacity planning and scalability of SQL and NoSQL infrastructure. Experience with Disaster recovery plans for database systems. Experience with Automation using Ansible playbooks for database management. Experience with Develop new playbooks and scripts to automate new processes and databases. English - Advanced Level.
