Incorporación a un equipo de ejecución dentro del departamento de IT de un importante cliente del sector retail para realizar iniciativas de negocio. Las tareas a desempeñar son las siguientes: Análisis, desarrollo e implementación del código necesario en cada proyecto. Desarrollar un código limpio y de calidad siguiendo los estándares definidos. Pruebas unitarias e integración con el resto de módulos Informar de los impedimentos para cumplir con los requisitos en tiempo y forma. Trabajar activamente con el resto del área de desarrollo para alinear y homogeneizar las tecnologías a usar. Formarse activamente en las necesidades según las iniciativas a desarrollar. Establecer los correspondiente DoR (Definition of Ready) y DoD (Definition of Donde) de las distintas funcionalidades/necesidades a implementar o incorporar en los distintos productos usados por el cliente interno o implementados para la habilitación de los distintos procesos de negocio definidos. ¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS? Main tasks and accountabilities will be: Test Automation Leadership: Design, develop, and maintain advanced backend test automation frameworks for functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing for Java applications. Strategic Test Planning: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive test strategies and plans, ensuring full coverage of features and functionality. Technical Expertise: Strong programming skills in Java Backend Testing Automation: Experience with backend automation tools like Cucumber or similar frameworks. CI/CD Knowledge: Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines, with hands-on experience in tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead testing efforts, mentor junior engineers, and drive the adoption of best practices in test automation. Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a fast-paced environment. SDLC: Deep understanding of all stages in the Software Development Life Cycle Design Patterns: Deep understanding of design patterns and principles Cloud: Relevant experience with Cloud Computing (AWS is a plus) Agile: Experience working in an Agile fashion (e.g. Scrum, SAFe) Accessibility: Knowledge on accessibility testing and best practices (e.g. W3C) Good english level (C1) you will be working with international teams.
