Desde Krell Consulting estamos buscando un/a Técnico de Soporte con experiencia en Microsoft Access y conocimientos en Power Platform (PowerApps y Dataverse) para colaborar en un proyecto del sector Telecomunicaciones.
Buscamos a alguien que tenga experiencia operando con Access y resolviendo incidencias de forma autónoma. No necesitas ser experto/a en Power Platform, pero sí tener interés y conocimientos básicos (o experiencia en herramientas similares).
Funciones:
- Ejecutar procesos de bases de datos en Microsoft Access siguiendo guías predefinidas.
- Analizar incidencias en cargas de datos mediante scripts (detección de errores y trazabilidad).
- Solicitar información adicional a los usuarios cuando sea necesario.
- Autonomía para la operación técnica diaria.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia a partir de 2-3 años como técnico de soporte.
- Conocimientos sólidos- en Microsoft Access.
- Valorable experiencia con Power Platform: PowerApps y Dataverse.
Condiciones:
- Contrato indefinido.
- 30 días naturales de vacaciones.
- Formato de trabajo: 100% remoto.
- Horario habitual: L-J de 8:30 a 18:00 / V de 8:00 a 15:00.
- Horario de verano: Posibilidad de jornada intensiva de 8:00 a 16:00

Architectural Expertise: Experience with clean architecture, MVVM, MVP, or other relevant architectural patterns. Performance Optimization: Familiarity with performance profiling tools and techniques. Testing: Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and Ul testing. Security: Experience working in highly regulated sectors, such as banking Leadership: Experience mentoring and leading technical teams. Nice to have: Experience with cloud (AWS).
