Key job responsibilities
- Collaborate with experienced cross-disciplinary Amazonians to conceive, design, and bring to market innovative products and services.
- Design and build innovative technologies in a large distributed computing environment and help lead fundamental changes in the industry.
- Create solutions to run predictions on distributed systems with exposure to innovative technologies at incredible scale and speed.
- Build distributed storage, index, and query systems that are scalable, fault-tolerant, low cost, and easy to manage/use.
- Work in an agile environment to deliver high quality software.

About the team
- Business Amazon Website (BACOM) is a team focused on helping customers to understand Amazon Business value proposition, register and drive them towards HVAs such as activation (making the first purchase).
- We do that by building the site (business.amazon.com) where marketers can offer customers personalised content and measure its efficiency and customers can find the information they need.
REQUISITOS BÁSICOS
- Experience (non-internship) in professional software development
- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
