Responsibilities: Managing end-to-end delivery of software implementation and digital transformation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution. Planning, coordinating, and monitoring project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. Leading cross-functional and distributed teams, including Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, and DevOps specialists. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing expectations. Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinating implementation and integration of enterprise solutions, APIs, and third-party systems within financial and digital platforms. Facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and project status meetings. Ensuring compliance with quality standards, security requirements, and regulatory frameworks while maintaining comprehensive project documentation. Tracking project performance, resource utilization, and key delivery metrics, driving continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction. Must-haves: Experience in project management for 3+ years. Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience coordinating cross-functional and distributed teams. Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage priorities, resolve blockers, and drive projects toward successful delivery. Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence. Level of English - from Upper-Intermediate and above. Level of Spanish - from Upper-Intermediate and above. Nice-to-haves: Project Management certifications such as SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent. French language proficiency. Buscamos una persona resolutiva, organizada y orientada al detalle para integrarse en un equipo consolidado de operaciones de RRHH. Funciones: Gestión completa del ciclo de Nómina (carga de incidencias/variables, cálculo del IRPF y nómina, comprobaciones, pagos y cierres), para empresas multi-convenio con alto volumen de empleados Elaboración de finiquitos. Gestión de préstamos, anticipos y embargos judiciales. Elaboración de cuadres e informes mensuales. Cuadre de la contabilidad de la nómina. Gestión de impuestos (Nacionales, Forales y No Residentes) mensuales y anuales (111, 190, 216 y 296). Cumplimentación de Encuestas INE y Ministerio de Trabajo. Conciliación de ficheros CRA (conceptos retributivos abonados). Gestión de cotizaciones y afiliaciones a la Seguridad Social (Siltra, Sistema Red). Gestión de absentismos, gestiones con Organismos Oficiales, gestión de Certificados de desempleo. Soporte y Atención al Cliente. Soporte ante auditorías e inspecciones internas. Requisitos: 3-5 años de experiencia como Técnico/a de Nómina y Seguridad Social. Experiencia como usuario/a de CEGID / Meta4 Peoplenet. Conocimientos sólidos de legislación laboral y fiscal española. Grado o Master en Relaciones Laborales. FP Técnico en Gestión Administrativa, Técnico Superior en Admon y Finanzas o similares. Valorable: Experiencia con SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (SAP HR). Experiencia en entornos multi-convenio. Conocimientos en nómina de expatriados. Interlocución con equipos técnicos y soporte a evolutivos del sistema. Inglés nivel medio. ¿Qué es lo que le ofrecemos?
