We are looking for 2 Senior DevOps, the professional will take technical ownership of critical systems and drive architectural direction across multiple teams. In our agile, DevOps -centric environment, you'll lead the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact services shaping design, delivery, and operations, while mentoring engineering leads and influencing best practices at scale. Key Responsibilities: Pipeline and CI/CD Management: Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery. Ensure efficient build, test, and deployment workflows for multiple development teams. Cloud-Native Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and manage applications using Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and related technologies. Manage containerized applications in a cloud-native environment (Azure, etc). Implement best practices for ingress, networking, and TLS termination. Feature Ownership and Collaboration: Act as feature owners, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to fulfill the feature lifecycle. Resolve bugs and work on stories within sprints, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions. Foster innovation, modernization, and the reduction of complexity. POC and Technological Leadership: Conduct Proofs of Concept (POC) to explore and pioneer new technologies for the bank. Serve as pioneers within the bank for adopting and adapting to new systems and tools. Automation and Efficiency: Embrace automation over manual processes to improve team productivity and efficiency. Advocate for an "everything as code" approach Monitoring and Observability: Implement observability tools to monitor system performance and ensure uptime (Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, etc.). Set up logging, tracing, and ing to proactively identify and resolve issues. Deployment Tools and Automation Frameworks: Use deployment tools such as Octopus Deploy, Jenkins, etc to manage releases. Mandatory requirements: +5 years building and scaling distributed systems in agile/DevOps organizations. Strong knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines, cloud environments, containerization (Docker/K8s), and Apis. Proven experience and strong knowledge of DevOps, with a strong understanding of CI/CD, containerization, and cloud platforms. You take pride in your work and strive to lead by example. Comfortable working in agile and cross-functional teams, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in .NET (C#) or Java. Scripting: Strong experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation. (nice to have) CI/CD Tools: GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalent. Containerization & Orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker, Helm. Databases: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, etc Observability & Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, ELK Stack, Splunk, etc. Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. Deployment Tools: Octopus Deploy, Terraform, or similar. Version Control: Strong knowledge of Git for version control and collaboration. Networking: Understanding of ingress controllers, load balancers, and basic networking principles. GO / Golang Developer Descripción del puesto: En Almato Iberia, buscamos un Programador GO/Golang con mínimo 3 años de experiencia y para unirse a nuestro equipo de desarrollo de software con un dominio alto del alemán. Responsabilidades: Desarrollo de interfaces: Diseñar e implementar integraciones con diversos sistemas empresariales (SAP, Microsoft 365, JIRA y plataformas ITSM como ServiceNow, Assyst o Valuemation). Bases de datos gráficas: Modelar, almacenar y procesar datos en bases de datos gráficas (trabajando con nodos, aristas, objetos y verbos). Requisitos: Titulación en Informática, Ingeniería de Software o formación equivalente. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia profesional en desarrollo backend (experiencia con GoLang es un plus). Sólidos conocimientos en desarrollo de APIs REST e integración backend. Experiencia con bases de datos gráficas y buen entendimiento de ontologías y modelado de datos. Experiencia práctica con bases de datos SQL y NoSQL. Experiencia práctica en contenedores (Docker) y orquestación (Kubernetes). Conocimiento de sistemas ITSM (por ejemplo, ServiceNow, Assyst, Valuemation) es altamente valorado. Experiencia trabajando en entornos ágiles (Scrum). Idiomas: Alemán fluido y buen nivel de inglés.
