We are looking for a Tech Lead Platform Engineer especialized in Python and React to join our Internal Developer Platform (IDP) team at the forefront of creating innovative solutions. You will play a critical role in building and refining our IDP capabilities, leveraging your extensive experience in back-end development, cloud engineering, and stakeholder collaboration to drive success across our organization. Mandatory skills: Mastery in back-end development with Python. Proven experience in UI/UX development using React, ideally with Material UI frameworks. In-depth knowledge of Internal Developer Platform architecture, with experience in platforms like Backstage. Experience with IaS (Infrastructure as Code) Practical experience in cloud architecture with a focus on AWS and Azure. Proficiency in cloud infrastructure technologies such as Terraform, ArgoCD, etc. Familiarity with continuous delivery tools, such as ADO Pipelines, and GitHub Actions. Strong understanding of distributed systems with proven performance, scalability, and resiliency expertise. Main tasks and accountabilities will be: The Cloud Contact Centre team is responsible for the support and transformation in client's Amazon Connect and SCV services based on AWS and Salesforce SaaS platforms that enable this client to handle customer interactions. Our Amazon Connect services are primarily based on Amazon Lex, Amazon Contact flows and Lambda functions (Python) that integrate with internal and 3rd party systems (e.g. Payments backend, Accounts services, Nuance Voice Biometrics, etc) and AWS services (e.g. DDBs, Kinesis, API Gateway, etc).
