Your duties: You lead a Scrum Team from a software requirements point of view, you are responsible, with your scrum team, to break down software requirements into epics and stories. You work with your Scrum Team to define solutions that can be implemented in a timely manner during the sprint. You work in an international scaled agile environment and you collaborate with the other Product Owners based in Spain, Switzerland and Slovakia to deliver values every sprint. You are in direct contact with other departments (e.g. product management, laboratory, hardware and firmware) to clarify questions regarding the implementation of the user stories. You help the team to apply agile principles and practices and to improve. Your profile: You have a Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or in a technical area. You have several years of experience in the agile software development and you would like to make a big difference by taking responsibility for coordination and organization. You have experience as Product Owner or several years in requirement engineering in an agile environment. You are a communicative and proactive person and uses modern presentation, communication & moderation technics. You lead with passion and you enjoy working with interdisciplinary teams in an international environment. Desde Sandav estamos buscando un Ingeniero de Software Senior para un rol como Tech Lead en proyecto vinculado con el sector energético de UK, 100% en Teletrabajo. Este equipo desempeñará un papel fundamental en la transición a una arquitectura orientada a servicios, trabajando en un entorno de colaboración para diseñar, desarrollar y mantener microservicios en una configuración ágil y basada en Kanban. Ayudará a definir las mejores prácticas, garantizar la escalabilidad y contribuir a que el equipo esté altamente orientado al producto. Líderar y gestionar al equipo de 5-6 Ingenieros de Software que trabajan con un stack: Lenguajes: de Python y/o TypeScript (Node.js). Conocimiento de bases de datos: Sólida experiencia con bases de datos SQL Microservicios: Experiencia demostrada en la construcción, despliegue y mantenimiento de microservicios. Nube: sólidos conocimientos de GCP (Google Cloud Platform), incluidos Kubernetes, Cloud Functions y Terraform. Colas de mensajes: Experiencia con Kafka o Google Pub/Sub para mensajería distribuida. Su misión será liderar el desarrollo de aplicaciones, tomar decisiones de diseño y ser un puente de comunicación. El equipo se ocupa del mantenimiento y las evoluciones de soluciones antiblanqueo internacionales, desarrolladas en .NET y C#. Se trabaja con metodología Agile / Scrum, y en inglés. Requisitos: A partir de cuatro (4) años de experiencia. Inglés: mínimo B2. Fluido, porque se utiliza en el día a día. NET, C# Conocimientos sólidos de bases de datos: PostgreSQL, Oracle SQL Docker, Kubernates GIT, Jenkins Maven Gestión de vulnerabilidades del código (SonarQube). Scrum. Servicio estable y para continuidad en largo plazo con los proyectos múltiples en andanza, compañía especializada en Gestión Portuaria. Oficinas en zona cercana al Oceanogràfic. Condiciones Base: Contratación directa en plantilla de cliente final. Horario entre las 8h y las 18h, flexible (Si entras alas 8h sales a las 17h). Teletrabajo posible: en las tardes y los viernes.
