Acerca del empleo We are currently looking for a Head of Engineering/IT. An strategic profile ready for contribute decisively and lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge Web3 technologies for our anonymous and encrypted wallet-to-wallet email solution. You will be responsible for driving technical strategy, overseeing product development, ensuring security and privacy, and fostering innovation. This role requires expertise in Web3 technologies, blockchain, cryptography, and strong leadership skills. Role: Head Of Engineering (IT Strong Leadership Skills) Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive technical strategy aligned with business goals. Lead the engineering team in developing robust, scalable, and secure solutions. Collaborate with product management to translate requirements into technical specifications. Define and maintain the platform's technical architecture and infrastructure. Ensure security and privacy standards for wallet-to-wallet communication. Stay up to date with Web3 technologies, conduct research, and propose innovations. Foster cross-functional collaboration and effectively communicate technical concepts. Build and manage a high-performing technical team. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field. Eight (8) to ten (10) years of technical leadership experience, preferably in software industry. Strong expertise in Web technologies, Blockchain, and decentralized systems. Proficiency in languages such as JavaScript (Vue.js, Nuxt, Nest, Express.js, etc), and/or Solidity (Hard Hat / Truffle). Experience in AWS and its offerings. Experience in Redis, MongoDB, MySQL, Docker. Experience with Data warehousing / Data lakes / Data processing. Experience with scaling systems and databases. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. In-depth knowledge of email protocols, security, and data privacy. A new project is currently being built. As a result, they are looking for a technical lead for managing technical aspects of software development flow in a specific team composed of 4 people (Devs and the PO). The technical lead will plan, design, lead, and execute technical solutions and improvements. The professional they are looking for will provide architectural and design direction, ensure code review healthiness, promote collaboration and engagement, identify risks and form contingency plans as soon as possible, an many more... Requirements: Solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development and web technologies of at least 7 years. Experience as a technical lead / architect of at least 2/3 years. Thorough knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js and Angular technologies.
