Job Summary The IT Security analyst is responsible for ensuring that the company's digital assets are protected from unauthorized access, ensuring systems are up to date, that incident response and disaster recovery plans are in place and working. The responsibilities will be: Monitoring security events, accesses, alerts, and incidents. Support Cyber security incidents and problem processes. Analyzing potential security breaches to identify root causes and lead mitigation activities. Support internal and external audit processes IT Management and governance of cyber security infrastructure and services, including: Support implementation, development, enhancement, and usage of IT Security systems Manage lifecycle planning, architecture, and IT capacity planning Manage daily operational analysis, troubleshooting system issues, analyzing planning and capacity results together with vendors and partners. Designing a forensic lab/computer to perform forensic analysis. Managing training of new and experienced users Develop and maintain system documentation Vendor Management Manage reporting, communication, training, documentation and governance within cyber security and compliance area Escalation points for cyber security related issues, training the Service Desk if needed. Ensure proper IT planning, IT governance (SLA, OCB, CCB) and life cycle management for cyber security systems within the area. Lead risk and impact analysis of systems, support audits and set action plans. If required, act as project manager supporting cyber security, audit, and compliance related projects. Your profile We are looking for someone with: Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5+ years of cyber security experience, with at least 3 years of intrusion prevention and response governance and management of international IT infrastructure Very good experience with global enterprise-wide cyber security system operations, program implementations and integration Very good skills in managing IT security lifecycle, processes, and change management. Good knowledge of auditing and risk management Very good fluency in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, colleagues, employees, and partners. Need to be able to work flexible working hours and on-call as required. Experience in managing IT service life cycle from an IT security perspective. Ability to work on your own initiative and with a proactive approach Proven self-management skills including managing your own learning.

    Para Multinacional TIC seleccionamos un Project Manager Project Manager The responsibilities will include: Project managing the enterprise delivery of a new SaaS-based Observability / Monitoring product to support the journey to the cloud (project activities include License Purchase, Engineering, Architectural Governance, Application Engagement). Directly driving progress and momentum on (but not accountable for, or a decision maker on) certain key project activities related to in-progress SaaS software license contract - Vendor Risk Management process, Master Services Agreement drafting, License Purchase process Identification / definition and full ownership of project plan, scope, reporting, and mitigation strategy for RAID items. Creating and delivering status reporting for programme managers, sponsors and other senior stakeholders. Owning and leading project meetings. Building and maintaining momentum within the project. Working with Sponsor and other Project Managers and stakeholders within the Programme, implementing a clear structure and effective ways of working. Essential skills: Ability to define and maintain a plan, RAID log and other project artifacts and oversee all aspects of the plan to meet the projects goals on time and within budget. Effective communication with senior stakeholders and leads across Business Analysis, Architecture, Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering. Experience with IT transformation projects. Ability to learn and upskill knowledge in order to take the lead on driving progress around processes (e.g. Vendor Risk Management, Master Services Agreement, Purchase Order).
