Descripción del empleo Responsabilidades Facilitar ceremonias Scrum y asegurar el cumplimiento de los valores ágiles. Evaluar y acompañar la madurez ágil del equipo y la organización. Establecer y reportar métricas ágiles (burn-down, lead time, throughput). Impulsar la mejora continua y la entrega de valor. Apoyar el uso eficiente de herramientas y procesos. Actuar como líder servicial, eliminando impedimentos y colaborando con Product Owners y otros Scrum Masters. Requisitos Titulación universitaria en Informática, Ingeniería de Software o similar. +2 años de experiencia como Scrum Master / Agile Coach / Delivery Lead en entornos multinacionales. Conocimiento sólido de Scrum y metodologías ágiles (Kanban, Lean, XP, TDD). Habilidades de organización, resolución de problemas y comunicación. Inglés fluido; otros idiomas son un plus.
