Buscamos perfil de Informático - CAU / SAU con Catalán para una sustitución inicial por una baja temporal (con la idea de que pueda asentarse inclusive de manera estable en el servicio si la persona funciona bien en el puesto). Condiciones: Contratación Indefinida por Nosotros: Sandav Consultores, prestando servicios para compañía cliente Zona de trabajo cercana a estación de Hospital Clinic. Puesto inicialmente Presencial con posibilidades a futuro de hacer algún día remoto en la semana. Horario: De Lunes a Viernes, de 8h a 17h. Así todo el año. Duración de Proyecto: Temporal para cubrir una baja médica (pero quizás si funciona podría tener continuidad). Salario: 19.000 EUR/B Anuales para el puesto. Totalmente necesario buen nivel de Catalán, tanto hablado como escrito. Perfil: Experiencia demostrable en atención telefónica y servicios afines de Atención Informática al Usuario en ámbitos Informáticos. (Helpdesk..., CAU, SAU...). Formación Profesional al menos de Grado Medio relacionado con la Informática, Redes, Sistemas etc... Experiencia / Conocimientos de microinformática y resolución de incidencias de carácter técnico - Informático. Conocimientos de utilización de SAP. Conocimientos de Directorio Activo y Exchange. Work location: Barcelona Work mode: hybrid, 3 days at the office 2 days wfh Languages: English C1 Experience & Qualifications Required Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Analyst working as part of a SOC team Experience with SIEM vendors such as Sentinel, QRadar, ArcSight, RSA, and LogRhythm Experience in incident response, and in writing procedures runbooks and playbooks Ability to work with customer's IT and security teams Key Roles & Responsibilities: Resolve, escalate, report, and raise recommendations for resolving and remediating security incidents Handle advanced monitoring of system logs, SIEM tools, and network traffic for unusual or suspicious activity Set up SIEM solutions and troubleshoot connectivity issues Collate security incident and event data to produce monthly exception and management reports Report unresolved network security exposure, misuse of resources, or noncompliance situations using defined escalation processes Assist and train team members in the use of security tools, the preparation of security reports, and the resolution of security issues Develop and maintain documentation for security systems and procedures Recommend, schedule, and apply fixes, security patches, and any other measures required in the event of a security breach What can we offer? 23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days!
