Requisitos: Conocimientos de programación y algoritmia Java, JavaScript, TypeScript. Infraestructura y Herramientas: Desarrollar y mantenerlos sistemas de integración continua, entornos de pruebas y herramientas de gestión del ciclo de vida del software. Seguridad: Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad pertinentes en los procesos y herramientas de desarrollo de software. Conocimientos en pruebas y automatización JUnit, Cucumber, WebDriver Conocimientos en infraestructura, cloud y virtualización AWS, Docker, Kubernetes Conocimientos de sistemas de control de versiones distribuidos Git Conocimientos en servicios Web y APIs REST, WebServices, OpenApi Buen entendimiento de procesos DevOps y SDLC" Funciones: Evolución de las herramientas de Testing tanto a nivel de front (TypeScript), como de Back (NodeJS y Java). What we look for? We are looking for a Senior DevOps, the professional will take technical ownership of critical systems and drive architectural direction across multiple teams. In our agile, DevOps -centric environment, you'll lead the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact services shaping design, delivery, and operations, while mentoring engineering leads and influencing best practices at scale. Hybrid position in Madrid. Key Responsibilities: CI/CD Leadership: Architect and optimize end-to-end pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps); define reusable templates and governance. Cloud-Native Platforms: Design and manage Kubernetes/Docker/Helm environments in Azure/AWS/GCP; implement best practices for ingress, service meshes, and TLS. Feature Ownership: Coordinate feature lifecycles with stakeholders; resolve sprint-cycle issues and champion modernization over legacy complexity. Innovation & POCs: Lead evaluations of new tools (GitOps, service mesh, serverless); drive adoption alongside the core platform team. "Everything as Code": Automate infrastructure, security policies, and monitoring using IaC (Terraform, Octopus Deploy) and scripting (PowerShell/Bash/Python). Observability: Build logging, metrics, and tracing (Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, ELK) with proactive ing and self-healing. Documentation & Training: Maintain clear runbooks and deliver hands-on workshops to upskill colleagues. Mandatory requirements: 8 years building and scaling distributed systems in agile/DevOps organizations. Expert in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful microservices, and event-driven architectures (Kafka, Avro). Strong frontend acumen with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and API-first integration (OpenAPI). Deep familiarity with Kubernetes orchestration, container security, and infrastructure as code. Proven track record designing for high availability, performance, and maintainability. Skilled at performance tuning, capacity planning, and defining non-functional requirements. Career Level - IC4 Responsibilities What you will do As a Principal Software Developer, you will be responsible for full-cycle design and development, working across multiple tech stacks including Java, C#, JavaScript, C++, Oracle APEX, and more. Tactical knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and general web development technologies is essential. Required Experience 10+ years of application development experience, with at least 7 years in a senior or lead role. Extensive knowledge of Java, C#, or C++ is mandatory, with a deep understanding of their ecosystems and best practices. 5+ years of experience with SQL and PL/SQL, including complex query optimization and database design. Proficiency working with most of the following - o JavaScript o Web development o Data modeling o Oracle APEX o Oracle database o JSON/RESTful web services o Version control (Git preferred, but not required) o Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a history of successful teamwork. o In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile teams. Preferred Experience Proficiency in additional programming languages is highly advantageous, demonstrating a versatile skill set. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, with experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines. Experience in automated testing frameworks and strategies to ensure code quality. Exposure to AI modeling and machine learning concepts is a plus. A track record of successful project deliveries in the Health & Life Science domain would be beneficial.
