Buscamos un Cloud Teach Lead cualificado para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato ideal tendrá una amplia experiencia en el diseño, implementación y gestión de soluciones de infraestructura en la nube en al menos uno de los principales CSP. Será el responsable de la arquitectura de infraestructuras de nube escalables, seguras y fiables para dar soporte a las app empresariales de importante cliente Internacional , fabricante de SW, con sede Europea de TI en España. Responsabilidades clave serán: Liderar un pequeño equipo de desarrolladores IaaC multi-nube Gestionar las entregas de servicios y SDLC para artefactos IaaC. Diseñar e implementar soluciones de infraestructura de nube para satisfacer los requisitos empresariales. Mantener los estándares de arquitectura de nube y las mejores prácticas. Colaborar con los equipos de desarrollo para garantizar que las soluciones en la nube estén alineadas con los requisitos de la aplicación. Ayudara a realizar evaluaciones de preparación para la nube y proporcionar recomendaciones para la adopción de la nube. Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas de seguridad y las normativas del sector. Proporcionar orientación técnica y tutoría a los miembros del equipo. Solucionar problemas relacionados con la infraestructura y los servicios en la nube. Mantenerse actualizado con los últimos servicios, características y mejores prácticas de Azure y AWS. Requisitos: Licenciatura en informática, tecnología de la información o un campo relacionado. Dominio del inglés hablado y escrito. Dominio de una o más de las principales plataformas en la nube como AWS o Azure Sólida comprensión de los conceptos y la arquitectura de la computación en la nube. Familiaridad con las canalizaciones CI/CD, herramientas de infraestructura como código (IaaC) como Terraform Conocimiento de redes, conceptos básicos de TCP/IP, seguridad y gestión de identidades en Azure. Capacidad para delegar tareas de manera efectiva al tiempo que garantiza la rendición de cuentas. Capacidad para liderar con el ejemplo y fomentar un entorno de equipo colaborativo SKILLS: Experiencia con entornos de nube híbrida. Familiaridad con las tres principales plataformas en la nube (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Conocimiento de prácticas y herramientas DevOps. Experiencia con herramientas de monitorización y registro como CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Splunk, Dynatrac VALORABLE: Cualquier certificación de AWS y Azure es un plus. You will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure to support our business applications and services. Key Responsibilities: Lead a small team of multi-cloud IaaC developers Manage service deliveries and SDLC for IaaC artifacts. Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements. Maintain cloud architecture standards and best practices. Collaborate with development teams to ensure cloud solutions are aligned with application requirements. Help conduct cloud readiness assessments and provide recommendations for cloud adoption. Ensure compliance with security policies and industry regulations. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services. Stay updated with the latest Azure and AWS services, features, and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Fluency in spoken and written English. Proficiency in one or more major cloud platforms like AWS or Azure Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaaC) tools like Terraform Knowledge of networking, TCP/IP basics, security, and identity management in Azure. Ability to delegate tasks effectively while ensuring accountability. Capacity to lead by example and foster a collaborative team environment Any AWS and Azure certifications are a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with hybrid cloud environments. Familiarity with the three major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools. Experience with monitoring and logging tools like CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Splunk, Dynatrace.
