    Job Description At Oracle Life Sciences our focus is to help talented junior professionals secure their very first job in data science within the healthcare and life sciences field. We are currently looking for a Research Analyst with at least 1 years of experience to join our Madrid office, combining in-person attendance with home-based remote work. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates with an interest in breaking into the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industry as well as immersing themselves in the Technology and Data Science world. Fluency in Spanish and English. C1 or equivalent ability to verbally communicate fluently and spontaneously, and write clear, well-structured, detailed text on complex subjects. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask. Positive team spirit, with strong interpersonal skills. DESIRED SKILLS Strong presentation and communication skills. Career Level - IC2 Responsibilities Collaborate on developing innovative solutions for data collection, processing, analysis, and visualization, and providing support for the internal project teams to implement them. Perform insightful analysis and generate actionable recommendations based on healthcare data with the application of data science. Provide support with project management tasks throughout all stages of engagements: identifying the client's needs, defining the approach, performing analysis, working on drawing insights and conclusions, making strategic recommendations. Ensure timely communication and task completion with our partners and providers.
