    Requisitos mínimos Formación universitaria o CFGS en Informática o rama similar. Aportar al menos 7 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software, donde haya trabajado con: Java 8 o superior, y con spring framework (spring, spring boot, spring data...). JavaScript y TypeScript. * BBDD relacionales, Oracle y PostgreSQL. Pruebas unitarias con JUnit y Mockito. Nos gustaría incorporar al equipo un/a Tech Lead para colaborar en un proyecto de Administración Pública, realizando las siguientes funciones: Liderar el workstream de plataforma, asegurando la evolución técnica de los sistemas, proponiendo mejoras arquitectónicas y facilitando herramientas para acelerar el trabajo de los equipos de desarrollo. Gestión de la deuda técnica y colaboración en la toma de decisiones estratégicas con visión a medio y largo plazo. Identificación y definición de los requisitos no funcionales (rendimiento, disponibilidad, seguridad, etc.) y asegurarse que formen parte de los requisitos generales del sistema. Exploración de nuevas tecnologías y enfoques que permitan mejorar la plataforma de forma constante y aportar valor a largo plazo. Soporte a la gestión del proyecto desde la perspectiva técnica: ayudando a definir prioridades, identificar riesgos, estimar esfuerzos y gestionar dependencias. Representación al equipo en conversaciones técnicas con el cliente y otros equipos, facilitando la comunicación y alineación entre todas las partes. Participación en la documentación de soluciones, sistemas e ideas complejas de forma clara y accesible para distintos públicos (equipo, cliente, otros equipos). Trabajar junto al equipo de desarrollo para establecer una visión técnica clara, alineada con los objetivos de ingeniería y las necesidades del cliente y del negocio. Promover buenas prácticas de desarrollo (CI/CD, testing, calidad de código, etc.), asegurando la estabilidad, escalabilidad y seguridad de las soluciones. Acompañar al equipo de desarrollo: impulsando su crecimiento técnico y profesional a través del acompañamiento, feedback, formación y mentoring. Ser un facilitador: eliminar bloqueos, coordinar con otros equipos y ayudar a mantener un entorno de trabajo positivo, colaborativo y enfocado en la mejora continua. Develop and maintain senior and long lasting relationships with Key customers to understand their needs and identify new opportunities and partner closely with counterparts at Google, AWS, MSFT based on the setup of our customers. Lead IaaS/PaaS technology deals across its assigned customers patch using world leading cloud offerings from Oracle Drive Platform selling approach as well as promote and evangelize Oracle products to a selected customer, partners, and internal audiences Contribute and lead in account planning, customer/market analysis, and strategy sessions Develop relationships and collaborate with our partners to define, recommend, and drive sales Expert in developing appropriate sales programs and solutions; maintain up-to-date competitive information and compile regional success stories Work closely with the sales team, counterparts at Google, AWS, MSFT to identify and pursue new business opportunities on the targeted account or provide opportunity support for Prime Sales teams and Partner Sales teams within your territory.
