    SAP Basis Senior Manager will be the responsible for supporting the SAP systems environment ensuring the performance of system applications, troubleshoot technical issues, and be a key participant in SAP technical initiatives and future SAP roadmap to ensure a stable and scalable architecture. Maintain and improve system monitors to ensure system performance. Participate in the technical roadmap activities Introduce a collaborative team environment within team and support teams. Involved with functional teams to improve SAP system health Designs and safeguards SAP architecture to technologies for solution integration. Support SAP projects ensuring a safe and quality up to the standards. Incident Management: Be able to troubleshoot issues from OS level, including work process monitoring, logs, OSS notes, performance analysis, and key participant to ensure a complete Root Cause Analysis. System Monitoring: Logs, Work processes overview, Lock entries, Updates, background jobs, system health check. Ensures healthy SAP systems performance. Provide and improve SAP systems performance optimization. Be in sync with SAP best practices System refresh tasks, Client copies (local client copy, client export, client import). Define processes and checklists for all regular technical processes ( patches, upgrades, add on validations, SAP notes, etc..). Coordination on OS/DB migrations, SAP upgrades, SSO configuration, installation of SSL certificates. Perfil del candidato Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent 10 years of experience in SAP Basis with 3 years of experience in S4 Hana. Certifications in SAP Basis (Netweaver, ECC, Hana, etc.). Deep knowledge of SAP Basis on ECC, MDG, BW, BW4, PLM, SCM ,SOLMAN, SCP, CPI. Experience in Full Life Cycle implementation projects. Unsupervised capacity to complete SAP upgrades, patches and routine Basis system administration functions. Experience in SAP ECC & HANA systems Experience on different OS Platforms (Linux, Unix, windows). Experience on SAP Cloud Platform and SAP Analytics Cloud. Deep knowledge of SAP Basis tasks: installations, upgrades, OS/DB migrations, SSO configurations, etc..). Experience of implementation and conversion for S/4HANA migration. Skills on Linux, Unix and Redhat. Application and architecture performance tuning skills English fluency, other languages appreciated.     The CRM Senior Business Analyst (IT) will be responsible for the delivery of company Global CRM roadmap, including the deployment of projects and maintenance of the existing capabilities. Company core CRM platform is Salesforce, and integrates with other platforms within the CRM and Digital landscape such as the online channel ("Customer Lounge"), an in-house developed Pricing & Quotation Tool, and a Master Data Hub. Gather business requirements and work together with the business area leads (both globally and locally) and drive their prioritization. Break-down functional requirements into comprehensible user stories to ensure a harmonization and alignment of the requirements across the different business parties. Take existing processes and applications to the next level, establishing standardized processes and performance monitoring tools across the organization. Perform fit/gap analysis of requirements gathered, and support the Global Head of CRM & Digital IT in the estimation efforts for their implementation. Create functional and technical specifications for the build of the IT solutions. Prepare, document and execute test cases to verify the IT solutions built. Support business users by providing solution expertise and guidelines along the project lifecycle, from analysis of requirements until the deployment and go-live. Coordinate other company teams in the integration of CRM and Digital IT platforms both between them and with other systems and applications within company ICT landscape. Perfil del candidato Our CRM Senior Business Analyst (IT) must be senior analyst / consultant with a track record of competency in the field of CRM, including at least 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in the Salesforce platform. Proficient functional Salesforce application skills proven in multiple projects participation (minimum 5 years of professional experience, including international roll-outs). Strong business domain knowledge, adequate legislation, standards and best practices in areas of Customer Management, Sales & Marketing, and Customer Service. Very good interpersonal, communication and work self-organization skills. Self-motivated and driven to achieve professional success in end-client environment. Target oriented and professional work attitude. Master degree from an accredited institution, with degree preferred in Computer Science or Information Technology systems security, or similar field (advanced degree preferred). Salesforce certifications (Architect, Administrator and/or consultant preferred). Experienced in large and global-scale consulting firms, and/or Industrial and/or Chemical companies. PM Certifications (PMP, Prince2...). Certified Scrum master, or other Agile certifications. Proficient oral and written communication skills in English. Driving License. The candidate must be in possession of a EU working permit. The candidate must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time-once the global pandemic health situation allows it-.
