PERFIL: Project Lead IA SECTOR: Aeronáutico LOCALIZACIÓN: Barcelona MODALIDAD DE TRABAJO: híbrido. Deben residir en Barcelona ya que se necesita presencialidad de 3 días en Viladecans. FUNCIONES: Liderar productos IA para aviación: definir visión, roadmap, gestionar ciclo, analizar datos. REQUERIDO: Grado en Informática/Ingeniería, 5+ años en IA/ML, 3-7 años en aviación (operaciones/mantenimiento. Habilidades en liderazgo, datos. Creativo, pragmático. Bachelor's degree or higher in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in product management, in AI, machine learning, or data science domains. Strong knowledge and understanding of AI, machine learning, and data science concepts, techniques, and tools. Proven track record of delivering successful Customer AI products that solve real-world problems and create value for the customers and the business. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and user feedback to drive product decisions.
