Experience with the operation, administration, and support of a large VMware infrastructure Experience of patching Windows Servers Ability to support Windows in a physical and virtual environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the maintenance and monitoring of systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the optimal functionality of various environments. This role demands a deep understanding of system architecture, user requirements, and technical processes. Key Responsibilities MongoDB Administration: Design and execute queries, perform backups, and manage collections. Process Orchestration: Update and manage daily processes using Control-M, including understanding and maintaining the job mesh.System Maintenance: Provide OS-level, server-level, and application-level support. Incident Management: Handle low-level incidents, analyze application logs, and relaunch processes in Control-M. Testing & Integration: Conduct system tests, deployments, and software maintenance across all environments (testing, homologation, production).
