We are looking for a Senior Java Engineer specializing in Microservices and AWS to join a project for a global leader in credit cards, auto loans, banking, and savings accounts. This 100% remote position is open to candidates located in Spain, requiring fluent English for effective collaboration with international teams. Main tasks and accountabilities will be: Design, develop, and sustain efficient, reusable, and high-quality software. Embrace the DevOps mindset: "you build it, you own it, you run it", ensuring reliable and seamless software maintenance. Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness. Collaborate effectively, both independently and within a team environment. Engage in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including occasional QA and peer code reviews. Align with the objectives and vision set by Product Management. Drive innovation within your team, area of expertise, and broader technical domain. What do we expect from you? Very strong Java programming skills and knowledge of building API's Deep understanding of all stages in the Software Development Life Cycle Deep understanding of design patterns and principles (e.g. SOLID principles) Experience with different testing types: Unit Testing, API Testing, Acceptance Testing, Load Testing Experience with distributed architectures like SOA or MSA Experience with event-driven architectures Experience with REST APIs Relevant experience with AWS services Experience with Gradle or Maven Experience with Enterprise Jenkins Experience working in an Agile fashion (e.g. Scrum, SAFe) English B2+/C1 What can we offer? 23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days! Estamos buscando un/a Arquitecto/a Sénior - Consultor/a de integración / interoperabilidad para unirse a nosotros en la participación de un gran proyecto retador y tecnológicamente puntero. En concreto, formarías parte de un estupendo equipo de trabajo dinámico y colaborativo, dedicados a la innovación y mejora continua de una aplicación CORE para un importante organismo público. Rol: Arquitecto/a Senior / Consultor/a de Integración / Interoperabilidad Funciones: Apoyo en la definición de la Gobernanza SOA en AAPP: Gobierno de la capa de servicios con API Managers / API Gateway. Interoperabilidad con otros organismos de la AGE (administración general del estado). Implementación de planes de acción y seguimiento de iniciativas en el campo de la mejora de la Administración Electrónica, en particular las relacionadas con la implantación e integración de soluciones de interoperabilidad entre sistemas y aplicaciones de organismos. Este tipo de perfiles es más de 'desarrollo', porque al final la integración que buscamos es 'lógica' entre aplicaciones y sistemas, preferiblemente de diferentes organizaciones. Diseño de los diferentes sistemas objeto de renovación tecnológica. Implementación de pruebas de concepto tecnológicas para el diseño de nuevas soluciones. Requisitos: Experiencia de 5 años en proyectos TIC, al menos 3 como Consultor. Consultoría y análisis de soluciones de Arquitectura de sistema complejas (mínimo 3 años). Diseño e implementación de soluciones informáticas. Especializado en Interoperabilidad entre sistemas (mínimo 3 años): Plataformas de intercambio de información. Plataformas de servicios. Sistemas de mensajería basados en colas. API Managers / API Gateway. Valorable: Conocimientos sobre el ecosistema de productos de IBM (DataPower, API Connect, WebSphere MQ). Experiencia en interoperabilidad entre diferentes entidades. Conocimientos del ENI (Esquema nacional de interoperabilidad).
