We are looking for a QA Test Automation Engineer, working close to one of our main clients in banking sector. A hands-on QA engineer whose primary objective is to review, assess, define, and execute the QA roadmap to improve unit, integration and functional test coverage for Java/React and Python based applications. Close collaboration with Software Engineers and Business Analysts to understand what should be tested and how. Independent execution of the testing activities to ensure timely detection and resolution of quality issues and increased transparency over the quality level of the development deliverables. Direct reporting to the Software Development Lead. Main tasks and accountabilities will be: Testing backend services, frontend screens and data integrations Functional testing Manual and automated Unit testing Automated/integrated in the CICD pipelines Boundary testing Performance and stress testing Regression testing What UST expects from you? Professional experience 4 years in QA domain Documentation XRAY [optional] JIRA + Gitlab integration [must] Practical experience in the following QA activities and toolsets: Unit/integration tests: Frontend - Vitests, MWS for API mocking Backend - Junit, Mockito, Testcontainers, Lettuce, Jacoco Python - PyTest/unittest Functional: Selenium, Katalon, Cucumber E2E integration / Functional Playwright, PactFlow Security / Vulnerability / Code Quality OWASP, ZAST Semgrep Stress/Load/Performance: JMeter, K6 Comfortable understanding/navigating through source code in: Java - including Spring Boot 2/3 JavaScript/TypeScript - including React frontend framework Python - including Pandas data ETL frameworks Good english level (C1) you will be working with international teams. Nice to hace: Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Math or similar domain Experience in either T24 or Triple A is considered an advantage Experience of selenium grid would be considered an asset Work location Hybrid. Madrid city center (Sol area). 3 days a week in the office. Work schedule Business Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer. Description: En Grupo Digital queremos incorporar un/a Ingeniero/a QA para importante proyecto. Descripción del Puesto: Buscamos un/a profesional con al menos 3 años de experiencia en automatización de pruebas, para integrarse en un nuevo proyecto en el área de gestión del Tráfico Aéreo. Responsabilidades: Automatización de pruebas funcionales y no funcionales (estabilidad, rendimiento, etc.). Diseño, ejecución y mantenimiento de pruebas automatizadas utilizando tecnologías como Jenkins, Cucumber, Pytest y BDD. Gestión del código fuente y versiones con Git y Bitbucket. Uso avanzado de herramientas como JIRA para la gestión documental y manejo de datos. Diseño y desarrollo de scripts de automatización en Python, Shell-Scripting y Bash. Utilización de sistemas de virtualización Docker. Gestión y consultas en bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales. Requisitos Imprescindibles: Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería (Telecomunicaciones, Informática, Industrial, Aeronáutica), Matemáticas o Física. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia demostrable en automatización de pruebas. Conocimiento avanzado en Jenkins, Cucumber, Pytest y metodologías BDD. Manejo de sistemas de control de versiones (Git, Bitbucket). Experiencia en pruebas no funcionales (rendimiento, estabilidad). Conocimiento y manejo fluido de herramientas Jira y Docker. Experiencia en desarrollo de scripts con Python, Shell-Scripting, Bash. Nivel de inglés medio-alto. ¿Qué ofrecemos? Modalidad de trabajo completamente remoto.
