Description: From Grupo Digital, we are looking for a QA Specialist Minimum requirements: Experience: At least 3 years of experiencie. QA roles within technology teams focused on meeting established quality standards and industry benchmarks to ensure an exceptional user experience Design and development work in QA management systems and tools Involvement in the overall review and execution of manual and automated testing plans and procedures Analysis of requiremetns and creation of test plans, test cases and test documentation Automation of test procedures Contact Centres, IVRs, telephony and agent desktop solutions Working in an Agile squads with a team of developers, engineers and tech leads Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - C1. Labor Conditions: Project Duration: Stable Work mode: Full remote. Location: Madrid. Residence and work permit in Spain is mandatory.
