Funciones: Definición y desarrollo de las Capacidades de la Oficina del Dato, para estandarizar aplicaciones, sistemas y estándares requeridos para la realización de la labor del Centro. Apoyo a la Oficina del Dato en las reuniones con las autoridades responsables de la gestión del dato en la Oficina de Coordinación, en todos los aspectos relacionados con la estrategia de gestión del dato. Desarrollo, ejecución y supervisión de planes, políticas prácticas y procedimientos de gestión del dato. Estudio, análisis, valoración y seguimiento de nuevas tendencias en materia de gestión de datos, y de la normativa e iniciativa de carácter nacional e internacional. Coordinación y supervisión para el desarrollo actividades técnicas relevantes, realizadas por el Centro, dentro de la Gestión del Dato (p.ej. modelado de datos, calidad de datos, otros). Coordinación con expertos de las distintas áreas funcionales en Ejército para la gestión de los distintos datos específicos (p.ej. C2, logística, otros). Divulgación de resultados obtenidos de las actividades del Centro.

    You will work closely with the Business Data Owners to enforce consistency and the integration of master data standards and policies across the organization, business units and corporate functions. You will serve as the main point of contact for Business Data Owners during the design and definition, and to resolve master data issues in their domain You will work in collaboration with the MDM business stakeholders, MDM Digital Transformation Programs colleagues (Business Process Experts, Data Architect, Data Quality Manager), Solutions technical teams, and external partners along three activity axes: Operational data governance in your data domain area, including all activities relevant to providing data in accordance with the business data requirements, identify non-conformities and drive remediation. Continuous improvement processes in own area, including identification of root cause issues and improvement priorities, management of improvement requests and delivery of improvements. Support to IT and business initiatives related to data governance and data preparation to ensure their success and sustainability. The Master Data Domain Manager is a central role, belonging to MDM Digital Transformation programs and reporting directly to the Head of Business Processes and MDM Transformation. You are an excellent communicator able to align all stakeholders (concerned functions and business unit representatives) on a common set of objectives and priorities. The role is very hands-on MDM but does not include creating records in a system or coding activities. You will manage 2 MDM Consultants to support you in the activities per data domain. Main Responsibilities Leadership, Strategy and Management Responsible for end-to-end Data Governance, Data Model and data Quality definition for your Master Data Domain Responsible for ensuring the implementation and integration across Business Units, Functions and downstream systems Lead the MDM activities in your data domain. Ensure teamwork across domains Help the business master data functions to define their strategy, objectives and support them to achieve its objectives. Identify and manage critical data management risk and issues. Responsible for data domain issues resolution. Business Alignment and contact with solutions teams for implementation Central point of contact for your Master Data Domain, and main point of contact for Business Data Owners Identify and formalize business needs and data consumer requirements Responsible for the arbitration of divergences between data requirements owners and data producers related to business data requirements. Define the scope and dependencies of the cross-organizational and cross-process data Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture, Data Architect, Process Experts and MDM Solution Teams for Design of the conceptual Domain Data Model and providing requirements for logical Data Model Responsible for Business requirements and coordinate with the MDM transformation team, Master Data Solutions roles for translation into functional specifications Communicate regularly with all the domain master data stakeholders in data evolutions, maintenance, data consumer and supporting (IT) organizations. Accountable for resolution of data issues and cross-impacts at organization level. Experience in Master Data Management and Data Governance projects - ideally in multicultural, virtual and multi-site set-ups. Setting up and running data governance and quality improvement Experience as Functional analyst on MDM or BI solution or MDM manager at least 5 years. Experience as Project/Change Manager at least 5 years (certified in Prince2, PMP, 6 Sigma etc, would be a plus). Experience managing people, small teams (3-4 ) Understanding of existing MDM technology architecture and solutions within their domain Ability to understand business requirements and balance business needs with solution capabilities Ability to assess data changes for technology impacts Good functional knowledge in SAP-SD, SAP Hybris and/or Salesforce. Knowledge of EBX from Orchestra Networks and Qlik would be a plus. Basic data modeling skills Fluent in English
