    Buscamos un analista de software y apliaciones para gestionar un software de terceros y resolver incidencias, realizar despliegues técnicos en entornos no productivos y dar soporte a los equiposen entornos de Producción. Es IMPRESCINDIBLE hablar inglés. Se valora francés. Funciones: Hacerse cargo de los desarrollos y el mantenimiento de la aplicación. Proporcionar apoyo en la gestión de incidencias, garantizando una comunicación clara y eficaz con todas las partes interesadas. Gestionar las versiones de software y mantener el control sobre el proveedor de software. Seguimiento y escalado de incidencias. Gestión de informes y KPI. Resolución de defectos/incidentes. Requisitos: Más de 3 años de experiencia en un entorno técnico de sistemas ServiceNow ITSM para gestión de tickets e incidencias o similar Servicios web, Soap, Rest, APIs, XML, Postman Consola Linux (línea de comandos, gestión de configuración del sistema) Lenguaje Shell Scripting .SH Base de datos Oracle, SQL Developer, scripts SQL, programación de procedimientos PL SQL Servidor de aplicaciones web (WAS, Liberty, Tomcat) GIT, versionado y gestión de código fuente Cadenas de herramientas Jenkins / Radeon Dynatrace, Splunk (Herramientas de monitorización) Inglés B2 (es importante poder hablarlo con soltura). Valorable francés. ¿Qué ofrecemos? Contrato indefinido con Sandav. Salaraio: 30.000 - 38.000 euro sbrutos anuales. Plan de retribución flexible con seguro médico completo y cheques restaurante. Modalidad híbrida: 1 mes 50% presencial, al mes siguiente en remoto. Ubicación: Madrid Río. Jornada de 40 h semanales, con el mismo horario de lunes a viernes todo el año.

    Job Description This posting is to cover a position in operations, as technical analyst: The position requires working on shifts 365x7x24 and as well to work physically at Oracle office in Madrid (Spain) into a labor framework that involves to follow a hybrid remote way (some days at the office other ones remotely) but it can require fully shifts support at the office if there would be business reasons justifying it. It's mandatory to speak both a fluent Spanish and English, but other languages will be assessed as well, due to potential business needs can arise. This position is oriented for people who want to develop his/her professional career at Oracle. It will be necessary to have knowledge enough (the most the better) about the following aspects: ITIL concepts in terms of incident management and change management processes. Knowledge of concepts around events handling. Alerts are received in monitoring consoles (monitoring). Have agility enough at operational level, to work with several technologies: OS (Unix/Linux): How to check/perform actions on processes, memory, CPU, scripts execution, health-checks, start/stop components among others. Oracle DB: Operational knowledge (gather diagnostic data, start/stop, checks) FMW/APPs: WebLogic and Oracle enterprise manager mainly but also a knowledge other Oracle apps knowledge is something valuable Optional (but so valuable for candidates): Own Oracle Certifications for some of the technologies mentioned above. Past labor experience working in environments and customers using Oracle products.
