En Krell Consulting, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Administrador de Sistemas, para incorporarse a nuestro equipo, en modalidad remota. PERFIL: Administrador Sistemas (Dynatrace, Kubernetes, Service Now, Unix / Linux/ Inglés Alto/ Remoto SECTOR: Insurance MODALIDAD DE TRABAJO: Remoto REQUERIDO: Fluent in English. Strong background in troubleshooting and resolving issues from ServiceNow, monitoring systems using Dynatrace, and performing basic actions in Kubernetes infrastructure. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on site reliability engineering or IT operations. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues in ServiceNow. Experience with Dynatrace or similar monitoring tools. Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Job Description As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales services and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. A primary point of contact for customers during service implementation and setup, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues. Required skills. Experience in OCI. General knowledge of Cloud and Virtualization concepts (Tenant, Region, Virtual Cloud Networks) Troubleshooting and analytical skills. Subject Matter Expert in one or more of the following: Operating System Administration (Unix, Linux, Windows, HP-UX or AIX). Database Administration (Oracle, MySQL or MS-SQL Server).
