We seek a highly skilled Senior Oracle Database Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our Oracle database and Oracle WebLogic, ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, and security. Apply now to seize this opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to our organization's success. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, develop, implement, and maintain our core Oracle Databases. Maintain and optimize our SQL / PL/SQL processes. Ensure DB availability. Proactively manage and maintain security standards and controls. Actively seek to optimize and simplify Oracle Database architecture. Proactive monitoring. Execution of data migration jobs and scripts as required. Oracle Database Capacity Management. Support and collaborate with product developers. Create a reliable backup strategy. Ensure database backups are appropriately executed, and periodic restorations are exercised to ensure backup quality. Determine and document DB policies, procedures, and standards. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: Ideally, Oracle Certified DB Professional (OCP) with over five (5) years' experience. Experience with DB design (modeling and normalization), capacity planning, performance tuning, storage management, backup and recovery, managing schemas, report generation and DB clustering technologies. Experience with Oracle management tools (Data Guard, RMAN, Data pump) and knowledge in partitioning. Hands-on experience with DB standards and end-user applications-translating capacity requirements into infrastructure deployment technology. Strong practical experience of ORACLE in a production RAC (ASM) environment (19c). Experience with an organization with a key reliance on 24x7 reliability on its database.     SIX is looking for a motivated and talented System Engineer, who is passionate about technology and helps us to run a highly secure, scalable and automated "Managed File Transfer" Platform. This profile is responsible for the operations, engineering and integration of all business,- corporate services using our platform. We are 'T-shaped' engineers with international team set-up located in Spain and Switzerland. We take full responsibilities for our actions, operate and deliver great solutions! The team is the hub when it comes to Managed File Transfer competences in SIX. As a Middleware Engineer you will set up and maintain file transfer connections for internal and external customers and ensure data travels through channels and processes efficiently. You will be responsible for delivering high quality production and test platform, supporting regular agile releases. Role: System Engineer (Managed File Transfer) What You will Do be a part of a specialized team that operates and enhances the MFT Platform that enables entire SIX/BME and its clients implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows using infrastructure as code engage in system design and architecture, especially for distributed systems in large-scale environments provides daily interaction with business partners, external partners and DevOps teams to solve problems in MFT process flows coding of test cases, unit tests and integration tests is a big plus build-up and transfer interdisciplinary knowledge participate in on-call rotations, ensuring system reliability and rapid incident response What You Bring One (1) three (3) years of working knowledge with Managed File Transfer concepts and various file transfer protocols (SFTP, Connect:Direct) proficient with PKI, SSL and SSH security implementations proficient with Linux OS and scripting skills such as Perl, Python, Go, etc demonstrated experience in network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP), network security, and firewall configurations strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills communicative team-player with good self-management capabilities a proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative in identifying and resolving issues proficient with English both verbal and in writing
