We are looking for a Junior Software Enginner, with experience in either AWS Lambda or Python, working close to one of our main clients in banking sector. Main tasks and accountabilities will be: The Cloud Contact Centre team is responsible for the support and transformation in client's Amazon Connect and SCV services based on AWS and Salesforce SaaS platforms that enable this client to handle customer interactions. Our Amazon Connect services are primarily based on Amazon Lex, Amazon Contact flows and Lambda functions (Python) that integrate with internal and 3rd party systems (e.g. Payments backend, Accounts services, Nuance Voice Biometrics, etc) and AWS services (e.g. DDBs, Kinesis, API Gateway, etc). This job posting is for developer roles that will form a pivotal part in the Agile squads leading transformation and BAU activities. You will be joining an IT Digital team that works together with this client. Developer role working with the technical leads in the Cloud Contact Centre. Working in an Agile squad as AWS Developer taking user stories related to primarily, AWS Lambda development as well as Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex. What UST expects from you? 1+ year of experience. AWS Lambda & Python experience. Development and implementation using Python on AWS Lambda functions. Development and implementation of Amazon Connect solutions with Contact Flow and Amazon Lex development. Practical programming language experience in Python (must) and Java, Javascript. SDLC, of software design and implementation, security, cloud, infrastructure as code and CI/CD e.g Git workflows Continuous delivery systems and methodologies on AWS e.g. CloudFormation, SAM CLI, etc AWS overall architecture (AWS Cloud Fundamentals). Good spanish level. Good english level (C1) you will be working with international teams. Nice to have: AWS certification(s) Familiar with Agile methodologies, Scrum and Kanban leveraging JIRA and Confluence AI training or experience Experience in Contact Centre and IVRs QUALITIES Work location 100% remote within Spain. ⏰ Work schedule Business Hours. En Rawson BPO buscamos un DevOps - Software Engineer con experiencia en infraestructura y automatización en AWS para dar soporte a proyectos de Generative AI (GenAI). Un Ingeniero de Software con fuerte enfoque en DevOps, Backend y Cloud (AWS), capaz de construir y desplegar infraestructura escalable y segura, automatizar pipelines, e integrar modelos GenAI en entornos productivos. Responsabilidades Implementar y mantener infraestructura AWS para cargas de trabajo GenAI en producción, utilizando servicios como Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Bedrock, S3, SageMaker e IAM. Desarrollar y mantener componentes GenAI reutilizables en Python, integrados con servicios AWS, incluyendo logging, monitoring y pruebas automatizadas. Diseñar y gestionar infraestructura como código mediante Terraform. Construir y mantener pipelines CI/CD con GitHub Actions (validación, testing, despliegue y chequeos post-deployment). Implementar políticas de seguridad e IAM robustas para la ejecución de cargas GenAI. Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares (Data Scientists, Backend Engineers y DevOps).
