Buscamos un/a Service Request Manager / Application Support Lead con base técnica en apps web Java y entorno banca (Trade & Supply Chain Finance / Confirming), que coordina incidencias y evolutivos en Agile, con ITIL/ServiceNow, buen nivel de inglés y manejo de monitorización y SQL. Funciones: Gestionar la demanda: peticiones de servicio y cambios menores (SRs/CRs), priorizar backlog con negocio. Coordinar equipos (desarrollo, QA, operaciones, seguridad) para resolver incidencias L2/L3 y evitar recurrencias (Problem Management, RCA). Vigilar la calidad de las apps Java: monitorización (APM, logs), análisis de rendimiento, capacidad y estabilidad. Planificar releases y ventanas de despliegue; seguimiento de SLAs y reporting. Interlocución con banca: áreas de Trade & SCF (p. ej., confirming, garantías, cartas de crédito), cumplimiento y reporting regulatorio. Trabajar en Scrum/Kanban usando Jira/Confluence/Teams y ServiceNow (o similar). Imprescindible: 4+ años manteniendo aplicaciones web Java (no hace falta programar a diario, pero sí entender arquitectura y errores). 2+ años como Service Request Manager / Service Manager / Application Support Lead (ITIL, SLAs, incident/problem/change). Inglés alto (calls/reports). ITIL (ideal v3/v4) o ServiceNow. SQL a nivel de consulta y diagnóstico. Agile (Scrum/Kanban) y herramientas (JIRA/Confluence). Monitorización y performance (saber leer dashboards, trazas y logs). Valorable: Banca transaccional y Trade & Supply Chain Finance (conocer Confirming). Pagos/formatos ISO (p. ej., ISO 20022, SEPA, SWIFT). Contabilidad y reporting regulatorio en banca.
