    Description: At Grupo Digital, we are looking for a Technical Support profile Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional. Generalist to join our Santander AT SCIB team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the maintenance and monitoring of systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the optimal functionality of various environments. This role requires a hands-on approach to developing test automation scripts and frameworks while providing oversight on test management activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in test automation, actively coding and implementing solutions, while also bringing experience in test management practices and being fluent in English and Spanish. What You Bring Advanced Automation Skills: Proven expertise in test automation, including GUI, API, and MQ automation. Skilled in coding automation scripts, primarily using Selenium, Cucumber/Gherkin, and Java. Expertise in Cucumber DSL: Ability to define test cases using Cucumber DSL to enhance readability and streamline test automation efforts. Deployment and Architecture Familiarity: Knowledge of the Test Automation Suite architecture, including integration with JIRA (XRay), GitLab CI, OpenShift, and MS-SQL Database.
