Join BIG BCN as an IT Support Assistant! At BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group), our Barcelona office is expanding, and we're looking for a Junior IT Support Assistant to help keep our day-to-day IT operations running smoothly. If you have some experience in IT support (or a strong willingness to learn) and a passion for problem-solving, this is a great opportunity to grow in a dynamic and creative environment. You'll report to the local IT Coordinator at the BIG Barcelona office and work closely with a global IT team based in Copenhagen, London, and New York, supporting colleagues in Barcelona and beyond while gaining hands-on experience with various IT tools and systems. What You'll Do IT Support: Assist with basic IT troubleshooting for staff, ensuring smooth daily operations. Technical Assistance: Help diagnose and resolve issues with Microsoft Office 365, printers, phones, and other software. User & Equipment Setup: Support the setup of computers, user accounts, and IT equipment for new employees. Incident Logging: Record and track IT issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members when needed. Basic Network Support: Assist with maintaining network connections and troubleshooting Wi-Fi issues. Vendor Coordination: Help communicate with local IT service providers when necessary. Learning & Growth: Gain experience working with various IT systems and best practices in a professional setting. About You We're looking for someone who: ✔ Has some experience in IT support or a relevant educational background. ✔ Is comfortable with basic troubleshooting of computers, software, and networks. ✔ Learns quickly and is eager to expand their technical skills. ✔ Communicates effectively in Spanish and English (written and verbal). ✔ Is organized, proactive, and enjoys problem-solving. ✔ Works well both independently and as part of a team. Desde Sandav estamos en búsqueda de un perfil de Operador/a de Sistemas 24x7 para cliente ubicado en Madrid con modalidad 100% presencial. Funciones: Ejecución de Preventivos: Revisión estado VMWare, Revisión estado backups, Revisión estado AD, Revisión estado Azure, Revisión estado M365, Revisión estado BBDD SQL-Server., Revisión estado switches de red.. La idea siempre es realizar el preventivo y resolver posibles incidencias que se generen de los mismos. Resolución de Incidencias bajo procedimientos establecidos: Llenados de disco, Problemas de CPU, memoria, Procesos caídos, Servidores caídos. Generalmente estas incidencias se generan a través de herramientas de monitorización. Resolución de Peticiones bajo procedimientos establecidos: Creación de Máquinas Virtuales desde cero, Altas/Bajas/Modificaciones de usuarios a nivel de AD, Revisión caminos a nivel de Storage, etc Tareas periódicas como: Parcheo de servidores Windows/Linux a través de herramientas como WSUS, SCCM, Bigfix, Generación informes AWS, rotado cintas backup. Requisitos: Plataforma a gestionar (INFRAESTRUCTURA): Servidores: Windows Server 20XX, Linux Virtualización: Fundamentalmente VMWare, también Hyper-V Networking: Swiches Bases de Datos: Fundamentalmente SQL-Server. Plataformas de Backup: Veeam Backup, Commvault, Netbackup... Cloud: AWS, Azure, M365 Ofrecemos: Contrato indefinido con nosotros, SANDAV Modalidad de trabajo: 100% presencial en Madrid. Horario: turnos rotativos mañana/tarde/noche. Salario: 22.000EUR - 23.000EUR brutos anuales (en función de la experiencia aportada).
