Lo que buscamos Un Desarrollador Senior Full Stack que nos ayude a liderar el desarrollo de la plataforma y tomar decisiones clave en tecnologías, arquitectura y escalabilidad. Responsabilidades Diseñar y optimizar la arquitectura backend con Spring Boot para garantizar escalabilidad y seguridad (la decisión sobre la tecnología está abierta a debate). Mejorar el rendimiento y la concurrencia para soportar un mayor número de usuarios. Guiar y apoyar al equipo de desarrolladores junior. Integrar sistemas de análisis de datos y feedback en tiempo real. Participar en la toma de decisiones tecnológicas estratégicas. Requisitos ✅ Experiencia demostrada en desarrollo Full Stack (mínimo 3 años). ✅ Dominio de backend con Spring Boot y Java. ✅ Experiencia en frontend (React, Vue o similar). ✅ Manejo de bases de datos escalables (PostgreSQL, MySQL). ✅ Conocimientos en infraestructura cloud (AWS, GCP o Azure). ✅ Experiencia en arquitecturas escalables y seguridad en aplicaciones web. ✅ Capacidad de liderazgo técnico y trabajo en equipo. Valoramos positivamente ➕ Experiencia en procesamiento de lenguaje natural (NLP) y AI. ➕ Conocimientos en WebSockets y streaming de datos. ➕ Haber trabajado en startups o en entornos de rápido crecimiento. We are looking for a Technical Lead Full Stack working close to one of our main clients in financial sector. You will play a critical role in building and refining our IDP capabilities, leveraging your extensive experience in back-end development, cloud engineering, and stakeholder collaboration to drive success across our organization. Main tasks and accountabilities will be: Design, develop, and maintain our internal developer platform, harnessing cloud services (predominantly Azure and AWS) to provide scalable and resilient solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear requirements and execute a refined product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals. Use your mastery of Python and experience with React to create robust back end and UI solutions, prioritising performance and user experience. Leverage tools such as Terraform, ArgoCD, etc. for cloud infrastructure and continuous delivery improvement. Drive continuous improvement in system reliability, observability, and automation within a distributed technology environment. Engage with stakeholders to analyse needs and deliver solutions that meet and exceed service-level expectations. What UST expects from you? Mastery in back-end development with Python. Proven experience in frontend frameworks. In-depth knowledge of Internal Developer Platform architecture, with experience in platforms like Backstage. Practical experience in cloud architecture with a focus on AWS and Azure. Proficiency in cloud infrastructure technologies such as Terraform, ArgoCD, etc. Familiarity with continuous delivery tools, such as ADO Pipelines, and GitHub Actions. Strong understanding of distributed systems with proven performance, scalability, and resiliency expertise. Experience working closely with stakeholders to perform requirements analysis and product backlog definition. Agile delivery experience, including a comprehension of testing approaches like TDD. Good english level (C1) you will be working with international teams. Nice to have: Previous experience in cloud-native platform solutions. Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and agile methodologies. Exposure to self-healing infrastructure and automation techniques. Interest in developer experience optimization within an organizational context. Work location 100% remote within Spain. Work schedule Business Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.
