PERFIL: Administrador Sistemas (Dynatrace, Kubernetes, Service Now, Unix / Linux)/ Inglés Alto/ Remoto SECTOR: Insurance MODALIDAD DE TRABAJO: Remoto REQUERIDO: Fluent in English. Strong background in troubleshooting and resolving issues from ServiceNow, monitoring systems using Dynatrace, and performing basic actions in Kubernetes infrastructure. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on site reliability engineering or IT operations. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues in ServiceNow. Experience with Dynatrace or similar monitoring tools. Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, groovy) for automation. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred). Experience with Jenkins or Github Actions. Incident Management: Respond to and resolve issues reported through ServiceNow, ensuring timely and effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement solutions. Monitoring and Performance: Utilize Dynatrace to monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues. Develop and maintain dashboards and alerts to ensure system reliability and performance. Infrastructure Management: Perform basic actions and maintenance tasks within Kubernetes environments. PERFIL: Senior Engineer Kafka/Cloud LOCALIZACIÓN: Barcelona MODALIDAD DE TRABAJO: Remoto 100% (desde España REQUERIDO: Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining AWS and Azure cloud solutions. Expertise in Linux systems and modern infrastructure tools. Ensure performance, security, and availability of platforms. Knowledge of Confluent Kafka is desired. Meetings in English, requiring strong proficiency. Collaboration across teams to support system integration, security and management. Qualifications: +5 years experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, deep expertise in AWS and Azure. Advanced knowledge of Linux system administration, scripting, automation, and security hardening. Kubernetes, Helm charts, clustering, HA solutions, and secure configurations. Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, and Dynatrace. Version control systems, especially Git. Agile methodologies, Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
