Description: At Grupo Digital, we are looking for a Technical Support profile Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional. Generalist to join our Santander AT SCIB team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the maintenance and monitoring of systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the optimal functionality of various environments. This role demands a deep understanding of system architecture, user requirements, and technical processes. Key Responsibilities MongoDB Administration: Design and execute queries, perform backups, and manage collections. Process Orchestration: Update and manage daily processes using Control-M, including understanding and maintaining the job mesh.System Maintenance: Provide OS-level, server-level, and application-level support. Incident Management: Handle low-level incidents, analyze application logs, and relaunch processes in Control-M. Testing & Integration: Conduct system tests, deployments, and software maintenance across all environments (testing, homologation, production). Client Support: Assist teams such as Quants and homologation teams with technical issues and enhancements. Collaboration: Partner effectively with technology teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. On-call Shifts: Participate in occasional guard duties and shift changes. Minimum requirements: Qualifications and Skills Technical Skills Operating Systems: Advanced knowledge of Linux and Windows. Scripting: Proficient in Bash, PowerShell, and Python. Control-M: Advanced expertise, including Job as Code. Continuous Integration Tools: Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, and UrbanCode. Database Management: Intermediate-level MongoDB. Integration Tools: Tibco Business Work 5 (User Level). Agile Methodology: Experience working in agile environments. Experience Required Minimum 4 years of relevant technical support experience Soft Skills Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset. High attention to detail and capacity to handle complex environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Language Proficiency English: Advanced (Minimum B1 level required).
