To drive this digital journey, we strengthen our Corporate HR Team in Madrid / Spain with a HR Information System Supporter / Specialist 100% (f/m/d). Exciting Challenges : Ensuring support of implemented functionalities: handling tickets, solving incidents and escalation to Functional Lead when necessary Developing support organization on corporate, regional and local level Understanding the system capabilities and the configuration options of SAP SuccessFactors across all modules Monitor, develop and facilitate data quality in the organization. In in constant contact with local HR responsible and improve its HR IS capabilities. Participating in all phases of the project: design, configuration, testing (incl. development of scenarios), preparation of training and support Responsible for development and support of reporting capabilities We Need Your Skills : IT apprenticeship, Bachelor degree in IT or equivalent At least 3 years' experience in a similar support function, with knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors Outstanding customer service orientation Proven interpersonal and communication skills Proactive and solution-oriented mind-set Capable of performing multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Proficient at MS Office Excellent oral and written English skills, German is a plus
