Funciones: Liderazgo técnico en el equipo de desarrollo (este rol no incluye liderazgo de personas) Ser dueño de todo el ciclo de desarrollo junto con el equipo multifuncional, desde la especificación de requisitos hasta la implementación, la automatización de pruebas y el control de calidad hasta la implementación y el monitoreo. Contribuir al trabajo del equipo con código limpio, mantenible y comprobable y participar en el diseño principal y revisiones de código. Liderar e involucrar al equipo en la misión, coordinar el trabajo del equipo. Asumir la propiedad compartida del proyecto y la misión del equipo.
