What are we looking for? We are looking for a Test Automation Architect to design and develop our internal test automation platform. This role will be key in advancing our Agile Transformation, focusing on delivering exceptional services to our clients and optimizing our system landscape. Main Responsibilities: Lead the design and continuous improvement of the test automation platform based on open-source technologies (Java, Selenium, Rest Assured, JUnit5). Define and standardize test automation processes, tools, and frameworks. Assess the level of automation maturity across development teams and propose improvements. Provide technical and hands-on support for integrating automation solutions into the development lifecycle. Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure the effective implementation of testing tools. Train and mentor test automation engineers in best practices and foster a continuous learning environment. Stay updated on the latest trends in test automation and evaluate new technologies to enhance our capabilities. Develop documentation and guidelines for test automation processes and tools to ensure consistency and ease of use. Requirements: Education: Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields. Technical Skills:Proficiency in Java and JavaScript development. Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, REST Assured, JUnit5, Cucumber, and Playwright.Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes). Experience with tools like JIRA and ScriptRunner. Familiarity with mobile testing and agile methodologies. Languages: Native or advanced level of English (C1-C2). What do we offer?
