Dominio técnico: Es esencial una comprensión profunda de las tecnologías, plataformas y herramientas relevantes en el conocimiento de aplicaciones ERP y CRM, servicios en la nube, desarrollo de software e integración de sistemas. Conocimiento profundo de los principios y servicios arquitectónicos: DevOps, Integración y Despliegue, Cloud, marcos y mejores prácticas operacionales. Capacidad de analizar problemas empresariales complejos y diseñar soluciones técnicas efectivas. Sólidas habilidades de comunicación tanto empresarial como interpersonal: La comunicación eficaz con las partes diversas interesadas, tanto técnicas como no técnicas, es vital. Esto incluye la capacidad de explicar conceptos técnicos complejos. Descripción Buscamos Especialista - Arquitecto / (Solution Architect) para importantes proyectos en los que hay que definir la transformación digital e integración de los sistemas ERP y CRM de una gran fusión de empresas: Unificación de procesos / Tecnologías etc... Esto incluye toda la actividad desde la Evaluación y selección de Herramientas, Diagramas de Arquitectura, hasta la implementación y la integración correcta tratando de seguir estándares de escalabilidad, compatibilidad y rentabilidad. Condiciones base: Salario de entre 55.000 y 70.000 EUR/B Anuales aproximados Lugar de trabajo: Las Rozas en Madrid. Formato Presencial. Con la posibilidad de tener un día de teletrabajo a la semana con carácter inicial, pero luego esto podrá flexibilizarse. Necesaria disponibilidad para el trabajo presencial. Horarios habituales de oficina con las posibilidades naturales de flexibilización de entrada, salida etc... (Lunes a jueves de 09-18h, viernes hasta las 15h). It's mandatory to speak both a fluent Spanish and English, but other languages will be assessed as well, due to potential business needs can arise. Have agility enough at operational level, to work with several technologies: OS (Unix/Linux): How to check/perform actions on processes, memory, CPU, scripts execution, health-checks, start/stop components among others.
