Job Description: We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled and Security sensitive Windows System Engineer to join our team. As a Windows System Engineer you will be responsible for the efficient management and maintenance of our Microsoft Active Directory, PAM solution and security practices. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong technical background, problem-solving abilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team mentoring and skill transitioning to improve the team will also be key. What You Will Do Configure, manage and rollout hardening on Domain Controller Implement and maintain GPO and OU Automate, develop and operate the PAM solution Solve and automate daily business tasks On call duty What You Bring Over (two) 2 years of experience in IT system administration, with a strong focus on Windows-based environments A high level of technical ability for diagnosis, troubleshooting and problem analysis with the ability to clearly communicate and document the results of problem analysis. Buscamos administrador de Sistemas Windows Senior con experiencia demostrable en entornos empresariales e infraestructuras de sistemas con volumetrías considerables: (+ Virtualización VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, VDI/VDA, Scripting Powershell, parcheados, configuraciones AD, WSUS, IIS, almacenamiento, sistemas de monitorización....). Habilidades Adicionales Valoradas: Experiencia en entornos de nube, preferiblemente Azure. Certificaciones relevantes, como MCSA o MCSE. Se requiere buen nivel de inglés. Condiciones: Contratación por Nosotros: Sandav Consultores en prestación de servicios a cliente consolidado en su sector concreto. Teletrabajo 2 días a la semana y presencialidad 3 días en la semana en oficinas de Majadahonda (Madrid). Necesario asistir 100% presencial, al menos el primer mes, hasta tomar el planteamiento necesario del servicio / entorno y el formato inicialmente concertado de 3 días en semana a oficinas de Majadahonda y dos de teletrabajo en la semana. Horario marcado 8,5h al día de L-J, (8-9:30 la entrada), y viernes 6h, (de 09h a 15h). Banda Salarial Abierta en función de perfil y experiencia y situación de mercado.
