We are looking for a Scrum Master with experience in Transactional Banking to support one of our leading clients in the banking sector. Main tasks and accountabilities will be: As a Scrum Master, your goal will be to coordinate high-performance teams using agile methodologies, collecting metrics to measure execution, identify inefficiencies in the team's workflow, and report product progress to senior management, ensuring the timeliness and quality of deliverables. Maintain a Jira backlog according to the Product Owner's specifications, properly updated and aligned with the team. Identify and manage dependency handling (both internal and third-party) based on business requirements. Identify and manage incident resolution. Generate performance metrics. Organize sprint ceremonies: planning, daily stand-ups, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives. Maintain product governance so that the Product Owner, functional reporting, and hierarchical reporting to the COO are all informed of the status, risks, and dependencies. Coordinate the global gathering of requirements and product implementation. Collaborate with the product team in pursuit of continuous improvement. What UST expects from you? Minimum 2 years of experience in Transactional Banking Education: Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or Business Administration Experience with Agile methodologies Experience with SWIFT messaging and ISO 20022 Basic programming knowledge Advanced level in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Experience in Grupo Santander English level: C1 Work location Hybrid Málaga.
