We're looking for a detail-driven QA Analyst to help deliver exceptional solutions in financial products and core banking systems. Your main tasks and accountabilities will be: Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and exploratory test cases with high effectiveness. Leverage tools such as Jira, ALM, Confluence, and Xray for managing test activities and documentation. Utilize tools like Postman, SoapUI, and FileZilla for testing and validating endpoints and batch processes. Apply basic SQL knowledge to ensure accuracy and quality in data validation processes. Handle logs, tools like Kibana, OpenShift, and related environments for error tracing, incident validation, and troubleshooting. Apply knowledge of test automation tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage. Create and manage test documentation that complies with testing and audit standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and resolution of conflicts when they arise. Prioritize tasks effectively under pressure and adapt quickly to changing requirements and environments. Maintain a critical-thinking approach to ensure the highest levels of quality in all testing activities. What do we expect from you? Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban frameworks. General understanding of financial products, markets, and core banking concepts. Proven experience in designing and executing test cases across different test types (functional, integration, regression, exploratory). Proficiency in using testing tools like Jira, ALM, Confluence, and Xray. Basic SQL knowledge for performing data validation. Experience using Postman, SoapUI, and FileZilla for testing APIs and batch processes. Familiarity with handling environments/tools such as logs, Kibana, and OpenShift. Knowledge of test automation tools and approaches. Excellent attention to detail and a focus on quality. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with a knack for resolving conflicts constructively. Fluent in English High adaptability and autonomy in managing tasks and responsibilities. We are looking for a QA Automation Tester with experience in Java and Cucumber, working close to one of our main clients in banking sector. Main tasks and accountabilities will be: Work as part of a self-organized Services Engineering Team to deliver Automated Testing solutions Define the Testing Strategy for Cloud-based services and applications Analyse and contribute to decision-making on new features and developments Follow up of defined quality control metrics Design and develop automated tests Innovate within your team and contribute within your technical domain What UST expects from you? 3+ years of experience in software development and test automation Solid Java programming skills (Spring Framework is a plus) Experience in API Testing Deep understanding of REST APIs Experience in Performance Testing (Gatling is a plus) Experience in BDD with Cucumber using Gherkin language Experience defining the Testing Strategy from scratch Experience working in a Cloud-based environment Experience integrating automated tests in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins is a plus) Experience working with Git repositories (GitHub is a plus) Experience with Build Automation Tools (Gradle is a plus) Experience with Atlassian Suite, especially JIRA Familiar with Agile methodologies like Scrum, including its ceremonies Good english level (C1) you will be working with international teams. Si te apasiona el análisis funcional y el testing de software, y además hablas inglés, ¡esta podría ser tu oportunidad! Descripción del Puesto En el Área de Producto, tu rol será fundamental. Serás el encargado de llevar a cabo el análisis funcional de los nuevos desarrollos, centrándote principalmente en las integraciones con sistemas externos. Algunas de tus tareas incluirán: Realizar análisis funcionales detallados de los nuevos desarrollos. Preparar la documentación necesaria para apoyar el desarrollo. Llevar a cabo pruebas técnicas y asegurarte de que todo funcione a la perfección. Participar en reuniones con los clientes y proveedores para coordinar el proceso de desarrollo. Requisitos Formación: Titulación universitaria en Informática o similar (valoramos perfiles de FP o Ciclo con experiencia relacionada). Dominio del idioma inglés, mínimo nivel B2 (también EXCLUYENTE). Conocimientos en tecnologías SOAP y API REST. Familiaridad con SQL Server. Aptitudes y disponibilidad: Capacidad para realizar labores de análisis de aplicaciones y generación de documentación funcional para el apoyo al desarrollo. Capacidad de trabajo en equipo. Capacidad de aprendizaje y actitud proactiva. Capacidad de comunicar, enseñar. Empatía y asertividad. Experiencia: Experiencia mínima un año en puesto de similares características.
