Conocimiento de tecnologías en la nube Azure. Experiencia con prácticas de desarrollo Scrum y DevOps. Inglés alto Valorable: Certificado Azure Developer. Experiencia en unit testing con Jest y administración con Node Conocimiento de SecOps y pentesting. Conocimiento de otros lenguajes como Python. Conocimiento de CI/CD y Apache server. Buen nivel de alemán. Condiciones Laborales: Ubicaciones: se valoran candidatos de Madrid, Barcelona, Granada y/o Valencia. Horario: jornada completa (de 9 a 18h).     OPPORTUNITY Fadata group operates according to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles, where the building block of the system is a self-sufficient Scrum team. Planning and coordinating work based on bi-weekly scrum sprint planning activity with a reprioritization every second sprint. The Head of Platform engineering is both the leader and the Product Owner of the team and therefore, has a fundamental role in the success of our mission YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES As a Head of Platform engineering, you will be the leader of a high-performing international scrum team. Being the voice of the business in the team, you are accountable for maximizing the value of the work of the Scrum team and is also accountable for effective Product Backlog management, which includes: Developing and explicitly communicating the Product Goal. Creating and communicating Product Backlog items. Ordering Product Backlog items and. Ensuring that the Product Backlog is transparent, visible and understood. You work in tight cooperation with Product Management and Principal Architects who are responsible for the Program Backlog and the Product Roadmap. You are the voice to bring clarity during priority clashes, and at the same time you are managing your team and striving for a high level of job satisfaction. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your stakeholder management abilities are at an exceptional level. You can demonstrate previous experience as Product owner in the IT and Insurance industries. Your responsibilities include: Serve as the voice of the client within the scrum team. Work with Product Management and Principal architects in understanding Product roadmap goals. Own the team backlog. Scope and define backlog items (EPICs to user stories and tasks). Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation. Resolve priority conflicts. Be the "go-to person" for any business or team-related matters. Lead the team to high efficiency and secure motivation Solve business-related problems, make decisions, and focus the team toward the product goals. Avoid waste. Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of the product. Take the lead during plannings and SAFe rituals. Promote the understanding of scrum values ​​and agile best practices. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: More three (3) years of experience as a Product Owner. More three (3) years of experience as a manager of high-performing IT professionals. Have a deep and good understanding of the role of platform engineering. Deep experience within the IT industry. Knowledge within the Insurance Industry / Business is a plus. SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or relevant certification is a plus. Solid understanding of SDLC. Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Minimum a bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
