Conocimientos en Video Streaming: "Protocolos, RTPM, RSTP, SRT, NDI Conocimientos en el soporte hardware en PC´s, impresoras y periféricos Experiencia en Soporte técnico Windows: Plataformado de PCs; solución de incidencias, configuración de red y aplicaciones; dominio de herramientas ofimáticas (Microsoft Office / Office 365) y correo Exchange, Java VM. Experiencia en Soporte técnico movilidad y gestión de incidencias en iOS y Android, configuración, traspaso de información, solución de problemas, maquetación. Experiencia en Soporte a eventos: conocimientos audiovisuales (conexiones de vídeo y audio). Conocimiento de herramientas de ticketing como Remedy (o similar). Conocimientos de herramientas de conexión en remoto. Conocimiento de herramientas de videoconferencia. Conocimiento de herramientas de producción de videos (VMIX es la que se utiliza en el servicio) y manejo de cámaras de video para la realización de streaming.
