Job Description As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales services and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. Mejora de la productividad y adaptabilidad del equipo hacia los objetivos Desarrollo y mantenimiento de un framework integral de observabilidad que abarca logging, recopilación de métricas y monitoreo en tiempo real para identificar y abordar anomalías de sistema de forma preventiva. Dar soporte a proveedores para el cumplimiento de la normativa de observabilidad. Gestión ITIL con metodología agile usando frameworks scrum y kanban Automatización de tareas rutinarias y optimización del sistema, fomentando una mayor eficiencia y disminuyendo la carga manual Facilitar la comunicación entre los equipos de monitorización, operaciones y los responsables de servicio. Dirección de revisiones periódicas del servicio de observabilidad. Proactividad para detectar mejoras y proponerlas. Buenas dotes de comunicación (oral y escrita) Capacidad de trabajo en equipo, Vocación para el aprendizaje continuo. Tareas Supervisión de proyectos de monitorización y observabilidad para adaptarlos a los estándares del clienteç Reuniones con proveedores de infraestructura, cloud y telecomunicaciones para co-definir los procesos de monitorización, alertas y observabilidad Revisión y adaptación de los estándares basados en OpenTelemetry, tanto a nivel de métricas, como logs, como trazas iv.
