Ticketing Level 3 Candidate Profile Degree in Computer Engineering or similar. 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years as a Systems Architect. Proven experience in architecture design and container management (Kubernetes or OpenShift). Comfortable working across departments and countries. Experience with multiple cloud platforms. Experience in modernization projects is a plus.
