Seguimiento de los servicios de los proveedores y revisión de indicadores e informes de servicio. Coordinación de escalado de incidencias, peticiones y problemas de los servicios. Comunicación y reporte de los servicios a la Dirección de TI y de Negocio. Planificación y coordinación de reuniones de los servicios, incluyendo comités operativos y tácticos. Seguimiento de las acciones sobre los servicios acordadas en reuniones y comités. Elaboración de RFI y RFP para nuevos servicios o cambios en los servicios. Participación como experto en la implantación de nuevos servicios o en la transformación de servicios existentes. Revisión y modificación de acuerdos de nivel de servicio (ANS). Gestión de la Cartera de Evolutivos Seguimiento y control de la cartera de evolutivos de los servicios TI. Planificación, en colaboración con los otros roles internos implicados, de la cartera, según capacidad disponible. Gestión de evolutivos medianos y pequeños, según capacidad disponible. Comunicación y reporte de la cartera de evolutivos a la Dirección de TI y de Negocio. Mejora de la Calidad de los Servicios Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos de gestión de servicios implantados (i.e. niveles de servicio, incidencias, peticiones, cambios, configuración) Seguimiento y control de los ANS de los servicios. Definición y seguimiento de las acciones de mejora a partir del nivel de cumplimiento de ANS. Preparación de informes y planes de mejora de los servicios. Gestión completa del Plan de Mejora de los Servicios. Seguimiento del backlog de incidencias y peticiones Revisión diaria del backlog de incidencias y peticiones. Escalado interno de incidencias críticas, y de incidencias altas con ANS superados. Escalado a la Dirección de Incidencias Críticas. Lanzamiento del protocolo de Incidencias Críticas cuando sea necesario. Job Description As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales services and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services.
