    En Telefónica Soluciones de Outsourcing queremos incorporar al equipo un Ingeniero/a de Redes Voz y Datos para dar soporte en cliente. Rol: Técnico/a de Redes Voz / Datos Para formar parte del proceso de selección será necesario cumplir con los siguientes requisitos: Formación: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Informática o similares o Grado en Telecomunicaciones o Informática. Conocimientos en redes WAN / LAN, Cisco CALL MANAGER,etc. Experiencia en implantación o diseño de redes. Experiencia en ejecución de informes del servicio, propuestas de mejora, revisión de KPI´s. Muy valorable experiencia en equipos Cisco, TELDAT, Juniper. Muy valorable certificaciones oficiales de Cisco CCNA, CCNP o similares de este sector. La persona que se incorporará realizará las siguientes funciones, entre otras: Diseño y arquitectura de la red del cliente. Gestionar la calidad del servicio y resolver cualquier situación de crisis. Realización de análisis sobre los nuevos servicios. Supervisión y elaboración de informes del seguimiento del servicio. Coordinación y apoyo al centro. Interlocución con el cliente interno y la empresa colaboradora. Ofrecemos a la persona que acepte este reto: Contrato: Indefinido con período de prueba. Banda salarial: 23.000EUR b/a+ cheques comida 9 EUR/día. Herramientas de trabajo: portátil y móvil. Horario: L-V de 9h a 18h con disponibilidad.
