We are looking to hire an experienced, highly motivated and ambitious Helpdesk IT to join our team of professionals:
Skills and Experience:
- Professional Technical degree or Bachelor degree in Computing or Telecommunications.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the same or similar position.
- Experience in a call center environment would be a plus.
- High level of Spanish and English, written and spoken
- Ability to be analytical, accurate, with high attention to detail and flexible, able to work in a fast paced environment.
- MCSE/MCITP/MCSA Certificate.
- Knowledge in VoIP.
- Manage the company IT hardware and software.
- In charge of user management (new employees, resign employees, systems and permissions).
- IT systems and incident reporting.
- IT security and compliance.
- Hardware purchasing and repair.
- Provide tech training to the employees
- Review and develop existing and new solutions for office productivity.
- Global IT incident management.
